Mr Semion Pikirai Chakamba

DIRECTOR

He is the director and also the company secretary to the company. He is responsible for creating and implementing HR policies, programs and procedures that align with the organization’s goals and values. He has an experience of more than 20 years in HR Management.

He oversees the company’s HR functions including employee relations, talent management, recruiting and hiring top talent, developing and implementing training programs, managing financial resources, compensation and benefits and compliance with labor laws. He possesses extensive experience in Human Resources Management, strategic planning, leadership and administrative skills. He is responsible for setting the overall direction and goals for the company, he works closely with senior leadership and other departments to drive business success.
